A delightfuk self-contained cottage situated at the far end of the upper yard. 'Gorse' has many traditional features including beams and vaulted ceilings. There is a picnic area to the front and a grassed area to the rear with a rotary clothes line. Country views and easy access to the footpaths and fields

The lounge has a beamed ceiling and is equipped with a colour television with DVD, and pine coffee table and dresser,
The kitchen/diner is equipped with an electric cooker, fridge/freezer and microwave, and furnished with a pine table and chairs.

On the 1st floor:
Bedroom with two single pine beds, dressing table and wardrobe.
Bedroom with two single pine beds, dressing table and wardrobe.
The bathroom has a bath, fitted shower, washbasin, and WC.
